TwinBP is a customer and merchant-based platform that connects customers with local hardware stores for purchasing construction materials. Customers can inquire about products, receive quotations from merchants, and place orders at the best prices - all through one seamless system.

  1. Inquiry: Customers post an inquiry for the construction materials they need.
  2. Quotation: Registered hardware stores (merchants) send quotations in response.
  3. Order Placement: The customer selects the best quotation and places an order.
  4. Payment: The customer transfers the payment to TwinBP via bank transfer.
  5. Verification: Once the payment is verified by the TwinBP team, the selected merchant receives the order details, including delivery location and preferred delivery date.
  6. Delivery & OTP Verification:
    • The customer receives an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS.
    • After delivery, the customer verifies the order by entering the OTP in the app or by giving it to the delivery person.
  7. Payment Release: After 24 hours of successful delivery verification, TwinBP releases the payment to the merchant.

Customers can register using their email, name, and phone number. Account verification and login are done through a secure OTP (One-Time Password)sent via SMS

Merchants can register in two steps:

  1. Initial Registration: Provide your name, phone number, email, and merchant type.
  2. Business Verification: After the initial registration, our team will review and approve your merchant profile. Once approved, you can respond to inquiries, send quotations, and manage orders directly through the platform..

Customers make payments via bank transfer to TwinBP. We verify the transaction, then forward order details to the selected hardware store. After the delivery is confirmed with OTP, TwinBP releases the payment to the hardware store 24 hours later.

OTP (One-Time Password) is a code sent to the customer's phone when an order is dispatched. It ensures the customer received the correct product. This adds an extra layer of security and confirmation before we release payment to the merchant.

Yes. If the customer prefers, they can provide the OTP directly to the delivery person from the hardware store for them to confirm the delivery.

Merchants will receive the payment 24 hours after the order is confirmed and marked as complete via OTP verification.

If there’s any issue with the delivery, customers should contact TwinBP support immediately. Payments will only be released after delivery confirmation and OTP verification.

To delete your account, simply contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process and confirm the deletion upon your request.
